Due to the rapid growth of our business, we are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. You will work under the guidance and support of our Managing Director and other team members to manage a well-maintained property portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities
· Answer calls and reply to emails
· Manage rent receipts and arrears in PropertyMe
· Manage tenants’ information in PropertyMe
· Keep company documents and worksheets up to date
· Manage tenants’ move in/out procedure
· Check bills/invoices
· Arrange for cleaning and key handling
· Send notifications to the tenants
· Prepare lease documents
· Resolve issues reported by tenants, in a timely and professional manner
· Liaise with various parties, including real estate agencies, cleaners, internet providers and utility retailers
· Perform other general tasks as required
Qualifications and Skills
· Full time availability - available to work outside usual hours when required (Weekends, Evenings and Public Holidays)
· Ability to speak and write Chinese is a must
· Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage workflow
· Strong customer service skills and a positive “can do” attitude
· Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
· Self-motivated and driven to learn and progress in your career
· Consistent and highly reliable
· Ability to build strong relationships with real estate agencies, contractors and tenants
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail
· Experience within customer service or real estate industry would be desirable, but not necessary
