The Gig

We’re after 10 customer service legends to join a busy contact centre in Lithgow. You’ll be taking calls, solving problems and helping customers. Every day’s different, but the goal’s the same: deliver great service with heart.

What You’ll Bring

· 2–3 years’ customer service experience (call centre, admin, hospitality or retail)
· Great communication skills – written and verbal
· Confident with Outlook, Teams and Microsoft Office
· Quick learner, tech-savvy and adaptable
· Government experience a bonus, not essential
