About the role
As our Executive Assistant, you’ll provide key administrative and operational support to the GP Training Program. Reporting to the National Director of Training, you’ll ensure cross collaboration across training and executive support teams whilst supporting team deliverables.
In this role, you’ll:
- provide high-level administrative support to the National Director of Training, including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- assist with organising internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- collaborate with various RACGP teams, including Training Coordinators and Program Support Officers, to enhance training delivery and outcomes.
- facilitate communications with stakeholders, ensuring high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
- support RACGP’s mission to provide world-class training by maintaining efficient workflows and information management.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in an executive assistant or administrative role, ideally supporting senior management or educational leadership.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A commitment to high-quality service and discretion in handling sensitive information.
