We’re looking for a skilled Estimator or Quantity Surveyor to join our high-performing team.

In this role, you’ll prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, tender submissions and tender programmes — but you’ll also be a key communicator between internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Liaise confidently with clients, developers, builders and subcontractors

Present work clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Prepare accurate cost estimates and take-offs for residential and commercial projects

Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work

Produce estimates, tender submissions, tender programmes and cost reports

Support internal collaboration — working closely with colleagues to maintain consistency and accuracy across all deliverables

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Minimum 3 years’ experience in estimating or quantity surveying

Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you can explain complex information clearly and professionally

Confidence in building strong relationships internally and externally

Sound knowledge of Australian construction methods

Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu or similar estimating software is beneficial

Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field

Live locally in Brisbane and able to commute to our office in Spring Hill (CBD)
