About the role:

In this leadership position, you'll oversee critical tasks in both greenfield and brownfield projects, including:

Plant Demobilisation & Re-Installation

Tanks, Pipe Fitting, and Fabrication

Ball Mill & Structural Steel Fabrication/Erection

Fixed Plant Infrastructure Refurbishment & Installation (Pumps, Plate Filters, Vessels, Agitators)

Plant Dry & Wet Commissioning

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Coordinate the demobilisation, re-installation, and construction tasks on-site.

Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.

About you:

Skills & Certifications:

Qualified Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker certification required.

Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications must have been obtained within the last 2 years, with expired certifications being acceptable for consideration.

Additional licenses (Forklift, EWP, Telehandler) and DOG or RIG tickets are advantageous.

First Aid/ CPR - or ability to obtain.

Pre-employment medical clearances - or ability to obtain.

MMQRHS and Lung Screen - or ability to obtain.

Ability to undergo drug and alcohol testing within 14 days of site mobilisation.

Ability to undergo Police Clearance (site dependant).

Strong understanding of mining safety systems and processes.

Experience:

At least 5 years of trade experience, with a preference for mining or site-based roles.

Industry experience in the maintenance and operation of processing plants is highly regarded.

Experience in mining operations in remote Australia is strongly desired.

Construction experience is highly valued.

Benefits:

Roster: 14/7 with 12-hour days (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM), with the option for an 8/6 roster.

Superannuation: Paid on all hours worked.

Accommodation & Meals: Provided in camp on site/in town depending on site.
