Shutdown Work – Boilermakers & Fitters

Elite Resource is recruiting Boilermakers and Mechanical Fitters for upcoming shutdown works at Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal and Hay Point. This is a high-compliance site requiring experienced trades ready to work structured swings and meet strict safety protocols.

📅 Roster Options:

10 days on / 5 days off

5 day shifts, 5 night shifts

15 days on / 5 days off

5 day shifts, 5 night shifts, 5 split shifts

⛔️ Mandatory unpaid rest day after every 6 consecutive days worked

⏱ Shift length: 12 hours

💰 Pay Rates:

$52/hr normal time

$65/hr OT1

$78/hr OT2

Local Candidates highly desired however FIFO is available.

✈️ FIFO Entitlements:

LAHA: Accommodation, meals, and site transport provided

Flights: Client covers airfares

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Boilermakers: Structural welding, fabrication, and shutdown maintenance

Fitters: Mechanical assembly, equipment servicing, and fault diagnosis

Follow all site safety procedures and BMA protocols

Work across day, night, and split shifts as rostered

Maintain high standards of workmanship and reliability

BMA Site Induction

Working Safely at Heights

Coal Board Medical (or full medical assessment)
