About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You'll be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth experience from booking to service delivery.

A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience is required for this role.

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where your communication skills and attention to detail will shine.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and assist customers with professionalism and warmth

Work standard business hours to handle customer enquiries and appointments

Schedule and confirm appointments for our field technicians

Accurately enter customer details and service notes into our CRM (ServiceM8 experience is a plus!)

Provide clear information on services, pricing, and pest control solutions

Handle customer complaints with empathy and escalate when needed

Process orders, payments, and account updates

Coordinate with field staff to ensure smooth job execution

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in customer service, admin, or call centre roles

Strong communication and active listening skills

Confidence using computers and learning new systems

Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure

A calm, empathetic, and professional approach to customer interactions

Pest control industry experience is a bonus—but not essential!
