The Opportunity

We’re hiring for multiple roles, from Technical Cleaners to Leading Hands and Supervisors. Depending on your skills and aspirations, you’ll play a vital role in:

Delivering high-standard technical cleaning for critical environments like data centres and cleanrooms.

Guiding teams, ensuring quality control, and upholding safety protocols as a supervisor.

Collaborating directly with the Service Manager to maintain excellence across Sydney and beyond.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

Solid leadership and organisational skills.

Acute attention to detail.

Intermediate computer skills and flexibility for peak demands.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Awareness of WHS standards in cleaning environments.

A valid Australian driver’s license.

Preferrable technical cleaning skills, or the ability to quickly learn and understand training instructions.

Essential Requirements:

Australian Citizenship (mandatory for security clearances).

Ability to pass police and government security checks.

If needed, a willingness to travel within Sydney, regional, and interstate areas.
