About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced retail leader to take charge of our new Carrum Downs store. You’ll run the store like it’s your own business, with full ownership of:
Delivering exceptional customer service and store standards
Recruiting, coaching, and developing your team
Creating a safe, inclusive, and high-performing store culture
Driving results through KPIs, targets, and financial performance
