About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with orders, product enquiries, returns, and general support. You’ll represent the caring, compassionate spirit that eNurse is known for.
This role is full-time, onsite at our Tingalpa store and warehouse, with part-time option available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the following:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with promptness and, professionalism
Process orders, exchanges, and returns efficiently
Provide accurate product and order information to customers
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer grievances and feedback
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline support processes
Maintain a high standard of communication and record keeping
About You
You’re a people person with strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others.
You bring positivity, enthusiasm, and a problem-solving attitude to every interaction.
In addition you possess the below:
Previous experience in customer service (e-commerce or retail experience highly regarded)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in the operational use of CRM and e-commerce platforms (knowledge of Maropost, Podium and Yotpo is advantageous)
Strong computer and data entry skills
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
