About the Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Lending team to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates.
You'll be involved in every stage of the recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and our database

Manage candidate communications and coordinate interviews

Maintain accurate data in our ATS and CRM systems

Support with job ads, candidate profiles, and reference checks

Deliver high-quality customer service to candidates and clients

Collaborate with the broader team to ensure a smooth recruitment process

Stay informed about our other specialist sectors and help grow our candidate pipeline

What We're Looking For

Experience in recruitment or a related field (resourcing, admin, or HR support)

Experience in finance or lending – highly desirable

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
