Key Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming calls and general enquiries

Manage candidate and client compliance documentation and data entry

Coordinate and maintain staff rosters

Support the maintenance of internal systems and records

Conduct candidate interviews and assist with sourcing activities

Ensure adherence to WHS and compliance requirements

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders

What We Offer:

Competitive salary package: $60,000–$65,000 + superannuation, dependent on experience

Permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
