A fantastic opening has arisen for a Finance Analyst to join the high performing finance team at a widely renowned hospitality company. Their work environment is known for being welcoming, dynamic, and collaborative, fostering opportunities for growth and career development. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes

Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis

Prepare financial analysis, including profit, cost, and trend analysis

Produce monthly management reporting with key insights and financial metrics

Identify risks and opportunities and recommend strategies for business optimisation

Provide financial guidance to the operations team to support decision making

Engage in strategic planning to drive financial and commercial improvements

Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders internally and externally

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should be CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years of experience as an Analyst or Accountant, either in hospitality or at a Big 4 or 2nd-tier accounting firm. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a team, strong attention to detail and organisational skills, and a positive attitude.
