DMC Recruitment is partnering with a national market leader to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst with strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving business performance.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in providing commercial insights, supporting investment decisions, and improving profitability across a complex, service-based network.

This role sits at the heart of the commercial finance team, partnering directly with operational and regional leaders to shape strategy and deliver results. You’ll bring the numbers to life — analysing performance, identifying opportunities, and supporting initiatives that enhance both financial outcomes and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver commercial analysis and insights that inform strategic and operational decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Build robust business cases to support investment decisions and new initiatives.
• Drive improvements in pricing, service mix, and cost efficiency through data-led recommendations.
• Contribute to forecasting and performance review processes, ensuring clear commercial visibility across the business.

About You:

You’re commercially curious, analytically sharp, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders. You enjoy being close to the business — understanding what drives results and influencing decisions that create value.

• Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role (services, or multi-site environment advantageous).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and commercial judgment.
• Intermediate Excel and financial modelling capability.
