Responsibilities
As our Finance Analyst, you'll provide critical financial insights and support:

• Stakeholder Management - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and provide financial partnership
• Budgeting - Support the annual budget process and work with department heads to develop accurate forecasts
• Forecasting - Prepare rolling forecasts and provide insights on financial performance and trends
• Financial Analysis - Conduct detailed analysis on business performance, variances, and key metrics
• Reporting - Prepare management reports and dashboards to support decision-making
• Business Partnering - Work closely with operational teams to understand drivers and provide commercial insights
• Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and reporting efficiency

Skills Needed

• Proven experience as a Finance Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role
• Strong budgeting and forecasting experience
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with financial modeling
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in tech, SaaS, or high-growth industries advantageous
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field
