Role Overview:

The HR Advisor plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources function by ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services, processes and communications.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contract preparation, and offboarding.

Maintain accurate HR records and update employee information in HR systems and databases.

Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR-related events.

Assist with reporting and compliance requirements, including data collation for audits and workforce reporting.

Support performance management processes and monitor timelines for reviews and goal setting.

Respond to general HR queries, escalating more complex issues as needed.

Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and projects.

Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication efforts.

To be considered for this role, we are looking for:

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (either completed or currently in progress) is desirable.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

A collaborative, can-do attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
