About the role:
Our Coordination Team is looking for a new team member to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, no two days are ever the same — priorities can shift quickly, so adaptability and focus are key.
You’ll thrive here if you’re super-organized, deadline-driven, and calm under pressure, with a genuine passion for teamwork. This position works on a rotating roster, including public holiday coverage. We’re after someone who brings energy, initiative, and a positive attitude to every challenge.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling incoming calls and directing them across the business.
Managing and updating the Client Activities Calendar, including design and delivery.
Coordinating client services and Caregiver schedules using Dovida’s matching principles.
Maintaining accurate records in client and Caregiver platforms.
Supporting Caregivers through regular communication and guidance.
Assisting with admin tasks and driving continuous improvement.
Providing occasional coverage on public holidays and after-hours.
About You:
You’re confident, collaborative, and driven by purpose. You bring:
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A big heart, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of seniors.
Experience with Canva, Microsoft 365, and Mailchimp (or similar tools).
A knack for learning new technologies and interpreting data.
Scheduling or Aged Care experience (advantageous but not essential).
A flexible, team-first attitude and readiness to help wherever needed.
