What you'll do:

• Conduct thorough analysis of customer lists against company policy to determine appropriate actions, ensuring compliance and accuracy in every decision.
• Consistently meet the critical 4pm deadline each day by managing your workload efficiently and prioritising tasks effectively.
• Assist managers in building comprehensive reports by gathering relevant data, interpreting findings, and presenting clear insights.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless communication and information flow throughout the back office operations.
• Maintain meticulous records of all analyses performed and actions taken, supporting transparency and audit requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities for greater efficiency or accuracy within existing workflows.
• Support the implementation of new policies or procedures by providing feedback based on your analytical findings.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share updates, discuss challenges, and celebrate successes together.
