The Brisbane office is growing, and they are looking for a motivated junior lawyer to join either the commercial litigation or property team , this will depend on your existing experience .

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer (1-3 years PAE) to work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on complex commercial disputes, regulatory matters, and strategic advisory work. You will utilise PEXA on the property side and deal with residential and commercial matters.

You'll be exposed to high-quality clients and matters from day one, with genuine opportunities for growth and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with litigation matters including drafting pleadings, correspondence, and court documents
• Property law documentations and process
• Legal research and analysis across a broad range of commercial issues
• Supporting senior lawyers in client meetings and strategy development
• Contributing to advisory work including contract reviews and risk assessments

About You
You're a proactive and detail-oriented lawyer with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in law. You thrive in a team environment and are eager to learn and grow your skills.

You'll Bring

• 1-3 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation or property
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A collaborative mindset and professional approach
