About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across our client’s organisation. You will manage daily IT operations, drive service performance, and lead a capable support team dedicated to delivering excellent user experiences.

This hands-on management role blends technical oversight with strategic direction — perfect for someone who enjoys improving systems, mentoring others, and partnering across the business to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery and performance of IT support, systems, and infrastructure.
• Manage incidents, requests, and service levels to maintain operational stability.
• Lead and mentor IT team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Develop and implement improvements to processes, policies, and service standards.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and alignment with governance frameworks.
• Manage vendors, budgets, and lifecycle planning for hardware and software assets.
• Support strategic projects and technology upgrades that enhance business outcomes.

About You

• Demonstrable experience in IT service delivery and / or systems administration.
• Strong familiarity with CRM platforms, IDAM and network security principles
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage people and performance.
• Exposure to delivering service improvements using project management frameworks
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

This role could be a straight permanent appointment, or alternatively a temp to perm option.
