Our client is a multidisciplinary allied health group delivering Psychology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Behaviour Support to children, teens, adults, and families. They are an NDIS registered provider and offer assessment and therapy across clinic and community settings with a strong focus on evidence-based care and collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver speech pathology services to NDIS and private clients
• Choose your caseload: paediatric, adult, or a tailored mix
• Provide assessment, therapy, and ongoing management across areas such as speech, language, fluency, literacy, swallowing, voice, and AAC
• Collaborate closely with a supportive team of allied health professionals
• Option to take on community visits if that suits your working style
• Help guide and support junior team members, as part of your senior role

What You’ll Need:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Current SPA membership
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• At least 3+ years of experience preferred, but open to strong candidates ready to step up
• Confidence working independently and collaboratively
• Passion for delivering evidence-based therapy and achieving real outcomes
