We're on the lookout for hands-on, reliable, and safety-focused labourers to join our client's pallet repair team. If you know your way around tools and enjoy fast-paced, physical work, this is your chance to secure consistent hours, great pay, and a solid team environment.

In this role, you'll be responsible for repairing and restoring wooden palletsa critical part of Australia's logistics and supply chain industry. You'll work with nail guns, grinders, and other tools to bring damaged pallets back to life.

What You'll Be Doing

• Inspecting and repairing wooden pallets using power and hand tools
• Operating nail guns, grinders, saws, and other tools safely and efficiently
• Lifting, moving, and stacking pallets in a production environment
• Working as part of a team to meet daily repair targets
• Following all workplace safety and operational procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience with nail guns and hand/power tools
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Physically fit able to handle repetitive lifting and manual tasks
• Full availability for day shifts (Monday to Friday)
• Current Driver's Licence and own reliable transport
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical assessment
• A commitment to OHS and safe work practices
