Overview of the role:

We're looking for a Builder's Software Implementation Specialist / Contractor with hands-on experience in builder-focused systems such as Buildertrend, BuildXact, MyConstruct, Wunderbuild, or Builda Price.

This is a remote, flexible contract position with the potential to evolve into a permanent role for the right candidate. You'll work directly with building and construction clients, implementing job management systems, customising workflows, and training users to get the most out of their software.

You'll join a passionate, innovative team leading the way in cloud technology adoption for the trades industry.

Responsibilities of the role:

Provide remote and occasional onsite setup, configuration, and training of builder and job management software tailored to client needs

Deliver consultation and support to clients transitioning to cloud-based systems

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and software partners

Develop and refine training materials, documentation, and best practices

Stay up to date with the latest features and updates across builder software platforms

Collaborate with the TradiePad training team to deliver consistent, high-quality services

About you:

Strong experience implementing or managing builder or job/project management software such as Buildertrend, BuildXact, MyConstruct, Wunderbuild, or Builda Price (essential)

Minimum 6-12 months of experience implementing builder software is required

A genuine passion for technology and helping clients improve their businesses

Excellent training, communication, and client management skills

Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects at once

High attention to detail and strong time management

Experience working remotely with reliable internet and self-motivation

Cert IV in Training and Assessment (highly regarded)

Positive attitude and a sense of humour — we like to have fun while we work!

Australian work rights are required for this position
