Our client is a privately owned, design-led property group specialising in industrial, commercial and built-form projects across Sydney. As the business continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Development Manager to join their team and take ownership of upcoming projects from feasibility through to delivery.

Working alongside the Directors and project delivery partners, you will oversee the end-to-end development process — from early design coordination and authority approvals through to construction delivery and practical completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage industrial and built-form projects from feasibility through design, approvals and delivery.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant outcomes.
• Oversee design management, construction interface, and project reporting.
• Ensure developments meet commercial, quality, and sustainability benchmarks.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving practical solutions.

About You:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in property development or project delivery across industrial or commercial sectors.
• Proven ability to manage the full development lifecycle and deliver successful projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset suited to a smaller, high-performing team environment.
