The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Guest Services Agent to join our friendly front office team on a casual basis. You'll be the welcoming face of Be. Fremantle, providing exceptional service from check-in to departure and ensuring every guest feels valued throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding guest service for arrivals, departures, and phone or email enquiries.

Process reservations accurately and efficiently.

Handle cash and front desk security procedures with care.

Maintain clear and timely communication of guest messages and requests.

Promote the property positively and maintain a strong focus on occupancy and yield.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a Guest Services or Front Office role (preferred).

A genuine passion for guest service and teamwork.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Strong attention to detail and professional personal presentation.

Confidence using hotel reservation and property management systems.

The ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.

Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm shifts.

Eligibility to work in Australia.
