About the Role
We are looking for a Part-Time Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, in this role you will:
Answer phone calls and emails professionally, adhering to LQA standards while providing efficient service to all guests
Stay informed about daily hotel events, promotions and departmental operating hours to assist guests effectively
Collect necessary guest room information during check-in and maintain knowledge of third-party bookings for seamless service
Program and issue room keys with appropriate access, ensuring accurate processing of charges and guest billing
Support other hotel departments during peak periods, assisting with group arrivals and departures as needed
About You
Over 1 year of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, including 1 year in a hotel front office environment
Opera software for hotel management experience preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in modern technology
