What You’ll Be Working On
You’ll oversee project delivery quality, team performance, and technical outcomes — from concept design through to commissioning.
You’ll mentor engineers, streamline systems, and ensure consistency across major D&C projects as part of a respected national business.
Your leadership will shape how Queensland’s biggest mechanical projects are delivered over the next decade.

Who This Will Suit
You’re a degree-qualified mechanical or building services engineer with solid HVAC construction experience — probably a Senior or Lead Engineer ready for more scope, or an existing manager looking for a fresh challenge.
You’ll bring strong coordination, problem-solving and people skills, plus the drive to build something exceptional.
CPEng or RPEQ highly regarded.
