Role Overview:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service technicians across onsite servicing and calibration of weighing, temperature, pressure, and analytical equipment.

Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and operational efficiency to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the service team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, expanding our market presence.

Ensure compliance with industry standards (NATA, NMI) and company policies.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement service strategies that support business growth.

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in a service management or supervisory role, ideally within instrumentation, weighing, or a related technical field.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

High commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with digital platforms for reporting and workflow management.

Eligibility to work in Australia.

Desirable:

Relevant trade licenses (e.g., NMI 6.1 to 6.4, High Risk Work License – LF).

Experience with ISO17025 Accreditation or NMI standards.

Background in industrial, laboratory, or process instrumentation.
