Breakthrough Group is a Demolition, Asbestos Removal and Concrete Cutting company with over 36 years of experience. We pride ourselves on having a strong team culture and are currently seeking a full time Site Supervisor.

Must be reliable, physically fit and confident! Demolition experience is preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

Must be a hands on supervisor

Supervise safety procedures for the business in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements

Identify risks that may impact the business and address each with manager

Experience reading plans

To report incidences of discipline breaches and health and safety beaches to direct manager

Complete documentation during contract works not limited to the following:

HSEQ Observational Checklists

Pre-start meetings

Toolbox meetings

SWMS

Requirements for job:

Physical strength

Ability to concentrate on required tasks

Understand and follow instructions

Communicate information clearly

Work as a team

Possess valid White Card

Possess valid Drivers Licence/ Truck Licence

Understand and work to the employers Safe Work Practices.
