Innerlink Therapy is a thriving, values driven allied health practice seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our close knit multidisciplinary team. We deliver meaningful, person centred services in a supportive and well resourced environment. At Innerlink Therapy, we help people connect, strengthen and flourish through occupational therapy and speech pathology.

What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualised treatment plans for paediatric to young adult clients

Implement a range of occupational therapy interventions to support client recovery and independence

Collaborate with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Maintain detailed client records and documentation in accordance with professional and organisational standards

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of our therapy programs and services

Provide professional education to key stakeholders

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and their families

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality care
