Occupational Therapist – My Aged Care

• Over 65 caseload (Non-NDIS)
• Pay rates up to $115,000 + super + salary packaging
• Car provided

Occupational Therapist Consultant (Non-Clinical)

• Non-profit organisation
• No billable hours
• 9-day fortnight
• Open to new grads through to leadership level
• $85,000 – $120,000 plus salary packaging benefits

Occupational Therapist – Paediatrics Clinic Based

• No travel required
• 100 day mentoring
• Junior to Team Leader positions available
• $80,000 – $110,000 plus bonuses
• Collaborate with a team of 20+ Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists
• Structured 100-day induction with a $2,000 professional development allowance to kickstart your role
• See the same children every week
• Large Sensory Gym
• Work from home day every week

Occupational Therapist – Neuro-Focused Caseload

• Low billables: only 4 hours per day
• Flexible working arrangements (WFH, clinic, or community-based)
• Salary: Up to $115,000 + super
• Neuro caseload

Mental Health OT non NDIS - Private Health Insurance and EAP. Telehealth WFH and clinic.

• $90,00- $110,000 plus super plus salary packaging
• Work from home clinic and Telehealth
• Travel capped at 30 minutes any further they come to clinic or telehealth
• Multidisciplinary team including 7 OT and 4 Psychologists
• New grads and senior OTs with an interest in Mental Health encouraged to apply
• Learn from an experienced Mental Health OT with over 10 years’ experience

Occupational Therapist/ Rehab Case Manager (WFH Non NDIS NON RTW)

• $80,000 - $120,000
• Physical NO NDIS caseload to adults with complex and severe injuries.
• Work from home
• Non Return to work
• Company Car
• Lower than industry targets
• Fully mobile role - work from home

Adult Occupational Therapist – OT Owned and Operated Organisation

• Community / Adults – AT & Home Mods
• Diverse caseload Adult
• AT / Home Modifications / HCP / icare / NDIS
• Flexible work arrangements, including work-from-home
• Pay rates up to $130,000 + super, including all travel expenses
• Leadership and junior roles available

Occupational Therapist – Work with the Aboriginal Community

• Base salary up to $122,000 + super + NFP Salary Packaging
• 3.2 billable hours per day
• Laptop, phone, EAP
• Clinical supervision and CPD support
• Salary packaging
• Clinic-based role
• Three additional leave days over the Christmas period
• CPD budget of $10,000
