Storm Season - Call Centre Operators - Southside Brisbane

Randstad is currently accepting expressions of interest applications for Call Centre Operators ahead of the upcoming storm season.

Each year, Queensland experiences severe weather events that increase the demand for experienced and compassionate customer service professionals to support property and event claims teams.

About the Role

This is not a typical call centre role, you'll be managing inbound calls helping customers navigate through the claims process.

You'll play a crucial role in:

• Triaging claims and deploying emergency services when required to minimise losses
• Participating in ongoing coaching and training to enhance claims outcomes and customer experience
• Supporting additional tasks as directed by your manager

Role Details

• Contract: 3-6 months (full-time, 38 hours per week)
• Pay: $37.13 p/h + super
• Must be able to pass a police check
• Rostered environment:
• Monday to Friday - 7.5 hours per day between 7am and 7pm
  or
• Saturday, Sunday and 3 weekdays between 7am and 7pm
