About the Role
As a Call Centre Operator, you'll be the voice of Ready Towing — the first point of contact for customers needing fast, reliable assistance. You'll play a key role in ensuring jobs are logged accurately and dispatched efficiently, helping our team deliver exceptional service around the clock.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced call centre environment.
Managing inbound calls and booking jobs into our Tow Manager software system.
Liaising with our in-house dispatch team to ensure smooth coordination of jobs.
Communicating effectively with QPS, QAS, TMR, insurance companies, and roadside assistance partners.
Providing general administrative support within the office.
Ensuring all customer queries and service requests are handled professionally and efficiently.
About You
You're a confident communicator with a customer-first mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You thrive in a team environment and enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a call centre, transport, or logistics environment (preferred). Previous experience with tow manager is welcomed but not necessary.
Strong knowledge of Brisbane and surrounding suburbs (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
A team-oriented approach with solid problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
