Join a dynamic, mid-sized architectural studio located close to Melbourne’s CBD, known for delivering thoughtful and innovative design solutions across medium to large-scale projects. We’re looking for a talented and proactive 2iC Project Architect to support project delivery and take ownership of a key packages of work within your projects.

As the 2iC Project Architect, you’ll work closely with the Project Lead to coordinate design development, documentation, and delivery. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring design intent and technical excellence are maintained throughout all stages of the project. Ideally you will have experience acrsoss some or all off Mixed Use, Commercial, Multi-Residential, Data Centres or tertiary Education projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver a defined package of works from design through documentation and construction
• Collaborate with the Project Architect and broader team to ensure project milestones are met
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Produce high-quality documentation using Revit
• Contribute to design resolution and problem-solving during project delivery

About You:

• Registered Architect (or working towards registration)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on medium to large-scale projects
• Strong Revit proficiency and solid technical understanding
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to take ownership of your work
• Strong communication skills
