As the Business Development Manager – Property Management, you’ll be responsible for driving portfolio growth through new business generation, relationship management, and seamless client onboarding.

Duties of the Business Development Manager:

• Prospecting and converting new landlord leads through multiple channels
  • Conducting professional rental appraisals and listing presentations
  • Managing the onboarding process for new managements
  • Leveraging CRM and lead-generation tools to track, report, and nurture opportunities
  • Collaborating with the property management and sales teams to maximise results
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly growth and revenue targets

About You

You’ll bring:
• Proven experience in Business Development or Property Management (Brisbane market experience highly regarded)
• A passion for client engagement and real estate growth

• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-generation platforms
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and strong organisational skills
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence
