Central Coast Sports College (CCSC) is a dynamic K-12 Independent College where student athletes receive up to two hours of sport-specific training every day. We are searching for an exceptional coach to join our Sport Department and contribute to a thriving Rugby League program.

This is more than a coaching job, it's an opportunity to immerse yourself in the CCSC culture, where we advocate for student athletes setting and achieving their personal goals.

There are two positions - a full time role and a 1 year fixed term. Both positions will commence from Term 1, 2026.

Key Responsibilities - beyond the sidelines

Your role will include a mix of on-field delivery and crucial administrative/mentoring duties.

High Quality Program Delivery - plan and deliver high quality, inclusive and adaptive sessions focused on improving student athlete movement and skill development.

Recruitment and Pathways -

actively recruit aspiring student athletes to the College, helping them to reach their true untapped potential

develop relationships with external organisations to offer vital exit pathways.

Operational Coordination - of offsite sports and excursions, including excursion applications, risk assessments and bus bookings.

Effective Communication - provide timely and effective feedback to student athletes and their parents each Term, adhering to existing reporting and feedback procedures.

Team Collaboration - work effectively within the dynamic Sport Department team.

The successful applicant will possess:

Passion for student athlete development - genuine, unshakeable passion for the holistic development of student athletes beyond their talent and progression in the sport of rugby league.

Proven Rugby League coaching experience - across multiple levels, with a passion for junior and youth development through to representative level.

Cultural Immersion - willingness to fully immerse yourself in the CCSC culture, focusing on helping student athletes set and achieve their personal goals. Essential.

NRL Pathway Coaching Experience - in female youth development or NRLW playing/coaching experience is highly valued.

A desire to lead and manage the College's junior rugby league program.
