About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead and work alongside our crew on a variety of residential and commercial landscape projects.

Reporting to the Project Coordinator, this is a practical, on-the-tools role, responsible for site management, quality, and safety from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and work with on-site crews and subcontractors

Actively contribute on the tools

Read and interpret landscape drawings and specifications

Coordinate day-to-day site operations

Maintain safety, quality, and schedule

Communicate with clients, designers, and suppliers

About You

You’re a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in your work and leads by example. You may come from a landscaping, carpentry, or construction background, and you enjoy working outdoors and mentoring others.

You’ll bring:

5+ years’ experience in landscape or construction trades

1–2 years in a leading hand or supervisory role

White Card and Driver’s Licence (MR licence an advantage)

A positive attitude and commitment to quality work

What We Offer

$90,000–$110,000 + super
