As a Disability Support Worker with H1 Group, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients living in their homes or group homes. Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs

Manual handling and medication administration

Provide community access and emotional support

Assist clients with behaviours of concern (BOC)

Build rapport with clients and their families

Demonstrate reliability and initiative on shift

Requirements

Experience assisting with ADLs

Manual handling, medication, bowel, and catheter care experience

Experience supporting non-verbal clients and those with BOC

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current Police Check, First Aid, and CPR

Valid driver's licence

Reliable, punctual, and available for at least 3 ongoing shifts per week
