Our client is an area landmark, franchised new and used truck dealership, located in the Toowoomba area of QLD. They seek a Workshop Foreman to assist in delivering exceptional customer service to their loyal client base, plan and prioritise the jobs in the workshop, as well as to maximise productivity whilst maintaining excellent relationships with clients and suppliers. In order to be invited for an interview, candidates will need to be trade qualified diesel technicians and possess a heavy Vehicle Drivers License. You are capable of communicating at all levels and can turn this ability toward training and mentoring your staff, as well as dealing with customers face to face. You are organised and not afraid of paperwork. You possess the ability to multi-task as you will be overseeing multiple jobs and have great time management.

The remuneration for this position will consist of a retainer of around $100k + overtime plus super.
