The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our talented team, and uphold the JOH standard of excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment and takes pride in delivering flawless results whilst conforming to strict K.P.Is.

Key Responsibilities

Manage workshop scheduling, workflow, and job allocation

Supervise and support technicians and machinists

Maintain quality control and safety standards across all services

Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Oversee inventory, tooling, and equipment maintenance

Drive process improvements and customer satisfaction

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in workshop management or senior technician role

Strong technical knowledge of the automotive industry

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Trade qualification in automotive or mechanical engineering (preferred)

A commitment to quality, safety, and customer service
