A well-established multi-discipline engineering firm is seeking an experienced Principal Structural Engineer / Structural Lead to join their regional team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role within a growing, collaborative practice.

The Role:

• Lead a small Structural team and mentor junior engineers.
  
  
• Oversee project delivery from concept to completion across a variety of sectors.
  
  
• Manage proposals, project planning, and client engagement.

• Diverse portfolio including industrial, commercial, government, and high-end residential projects.
  
  
• Infrastructure projects such as bridges
  
  
• Large-scale energy and retail projects.

• Experienced Structural Engineer with leadership experience.
  
  
• Strong project management skills and client-facing experience.
  
  
• Ideally well-connected in regional Victoria, or open to relocation.
