Each day as a Bobcat Operator / Excavator Operator will include:

• Operating a 5-tonne excavator and wheeled skid steer Bobcat
• Completing earthworks, trenching, footings, driveways, and slab prep
• Reading and working to detailed construction site plans
• Maintaining your assigned combo unit to safety and performance standards
• Collaborating closely with civil and building crews onsite
• Enjoying max 10-hour days (inc overtime), Monday to Friday, with optional overtime and no weekend work
• Delivering high-quality work that keeps projects on track in the eastern suburbs of Queensland

Skills and Experience Needed for the Bobcat Operator / Excavator Operator
Role To be successful as a Bobcat Operator / Excavator Operator, you will bring:

• Excavator & Bobcat operating tickets – essential
• MR truck licence and current Australian driver’s licence
• Experience working in earthworks or civil construction combo units
• White Card and commitment to safe work practices
• Eligibility to work in Australia with Permanent Residency
• Ability to complete jobs to tight tolerances and detailed specifications
