💼 About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Care Agent to join our Central Region team, based in Homebush. You’ll be part of a high-performing branch of 20–30 agents, converting warm leads into loyal customers and helping grow our footprint across Sydney.

Reporting to a remote Team Leader, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide expert advice, and offer tailored solutions to both residential and commercial clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and love helping people, this is your chance to shine.

Convert inbound and outbound enquiries into confirmed bookings and long-term customers

Deliver expert advice and friendly service that builds trust and drives results

Meet and exceed daily sales targets with confidence and consistency

Log activities accurately in our CRM and track your performance

Support admin tasks while keeping your focus on conversion

Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive, high-energy culture

Represent Flick with professionalism, integrity, and care

Proven experience in sales, call centre, or customer service roles

Confident communicator with strong persuasion and rapport-building skills

Driven to exceed targets and earn uncapped commission

Quick learner who’s tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Team player with a proactive mindset and positive attitude

Available for full-time hours (part-time options available across 5 days)
