The role

We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer (ANZSCO 232413) to create high-impact content for our e-commerce, retail showrooms and brand channels. You’ll own end-to-end production across video, motion graphics, short-form social, product explainers and campaign assets.

Key responsibilities

Scope design briefs and clarify objectives, audiences and constraints with stakeholders.

Develop concepts, storyboards, wireframes and prototypes; prepare layouts and style guides.

Produce and edit product and lifestyle video, animation and audio assets optimised for web, retail screens and social.

Create graphics for product pages, email, paid ads and in-store displays; ensure brand consistency and accessibility.

Manage asset hand-off, versioning and archiving in the digital asset library; maintain documentation.

Collaborate with our gemmologists, photographers and marketers; occasionally support content capture in AU showrooms (some intra-state day travel).

Skills & experience (required)

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia/Design/Animation (or equivalent).

3+ years’ professional experience producing motion/video and interactive content, with a strong portfolio.

Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and working knowledge of Figma (or similar).

Solid understanding of typography, colour, layout, timing and audio for motion; hands-on with social formats.

Excellent communication, planning and stakeholder management.

Nice to have: 3D (Blender/C4D), e-commerce content experience, basic HTML/CSS, audio mixing, or e-learning authoring.

Location & hours

On-site – Melbourne CBD (Collins St), Monday–Friday (38 hrs/week); occasional flexibility for shoots and launches.
