Caffe Amatrice is a slick new café in the buzzing commercial precinct of Cremorne, near Swan Street.

Created by Melbourne restaurateurs Dave Parker (San Telmo, Pastuso, Palermo, Asado, Robata) and Alex Brawn (owner of beach-side Williamstown diner Sebastian), Caffe Amatrice is the daytime sibling of Amatrice Rooftop Restaurant — the first in a growing group of modern Italian venues.

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Café Chef to lead kitchen operations at Caffe Amatrice.
This is a hands-on role for a chef who thrives on quality, teamwork, and consistency.

You’ll oversee daily food preparation, menu execution, and kitchen organisation — ensuring every dish leaving the pass meets our modern Italian standard.

Caffe Amatrice operates Monday to Friday only, giving you the best roster in hospitality with weekends free.
