About the role

Lamezleighs Coffee house & Eatery in Mirboo North, VIC is looking for an experienced Chef or Kitchen Hand to join our talented team. This is a full-time OR Part Time position, offering the opportunity to work in a vibrant cafe environment and contribute to the creation of delicious, high-quality dishes.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of meals and menu items to the highest standards

Ensuring all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations

Assisting with menu planning and development to keep our offerings fresh and innovative

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

Supporting the front-of-house team as needed

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a chef or kitchen hand in a busy cafe or restaurant environment

Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals

Excellent time management, multitasking and problem-solving abilities

A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
