A WA owned and operated construction company who have been a key part of delivering projects across a variety of industries including local construction, government and defence. Generally focusing on projects stretching up to $25M in terms of value.

They are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a permanent, full time basis. They have multiple sites available and are happy to be flexible on the project depending on where the person lives. It will be working on a mix of new build and fit out work in defence. Australian Citizenship is preferred due to the nature of the work.

Requirements;

• Ideally a trade qualified carpenter (not essential)
• Previous experience working as a Site Manager on commercial building projects.
• Experience on defence projects would be preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confident in steering trade activities and driving the programme to hit key milestones.
• Solid IT skills
