We’re seeking a dynamic and compassionate Intake Team Leader to oversee and guide our Intake and Reception teams. This pivotal leadership role ensures that every prospective client’s first experience with TDN is welcoming, responsive, and aligned with our values of commitment, trust, and excellence in care.

About the Role
As Intake Team Leader, you’ll:

  • Lead and mentor a growing team of Intake Officers and Reception staff to deliver exceptional, client-first service.
  • Coordinate triage, referral coordination, and onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions into care.
  • Use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and strengthen client experience.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in aged care programs such as CHSP, HCP, DVA, NDIS, and HACC.
  • Collaborate across teams to build consistency, responsiveness, and scalability in TDN’s service delivery.

About You
You’re an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for team development.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of aged care programs and client management systems (CRM experience highly regarded).
