About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Retail Sales Assistant to join our friendly team.
This hands-on role involves assisting customers, operating the point of sale, handling stock, and maintaining the presentation of our retail area and nursery.

You'll be working full-time, with some weekend shifts required as part of the roster.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and assist with product selection

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently

Assist with stock management, unloading deliveries, and heavy lifting

Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

Help keep the retail areas and nursery tidy and welcoming

About You

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

Plant knowledge or an interest in gardening highly regarded (training provided)

Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

Comfortable with manual handling and working on your feet

Friendly, reliable, and a genuine team player
