To operate and maintain the venue’s kitchen in line with brand standards and operational procedures under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on seasonal menus that reflect the RWT brand and customer expectations.

• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and guest satisfaction.

• Manage food and labour costs to meet operational KPIs.

• Lead, train, and roster kitchen staff to maintain standards across all services.

• Work closely with FOH teams to ensure seamless coordination.

• Oversee ordering, stock rotation, and supplier relationships.

• Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Food Hygiene requirements.

• Lead by example, upholding professionalism, presentation, and company values.

• Attend management meetings and support overall venue operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality, high-volume venue.

• Strong leadership, organisation, and cost control skills.

• Passion for cooking and being hands-on in the kitchen.

• Collaborative, calm under pressure, and solution-focused.

• Knowledge of HACCP, OH&S, and food safety practices.
